It's ideal for solo travellers who want a brief stay, more homely than a capsule hotel but not 'buzzing' like a backpacker hostel. It's self-service with no staff on-site during late hours, still felt cosy with its deco and a lovely Japanese-styled common room on G/F. If I remember correctly there are 3 shower booths, 3 toilets and at least 5 washbasins, enough to not have to queue during my stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend going on an early morning stroll to Naritasan Park (next to the temple). The beautiful Japanese landscape garden under perfect morning light (7am in May for me) with barely anyone was an unexpected highlight.

Walking distance from narita station. Restaurants and bars nearby, but you'd have to walk a bit to the nearest convenience store. It's a small guest house, no fancy amenities, but provided for what i needed. My room was small, but comfortable and i appreciated the english instructions for the AC/heater remote. Toilet and bathrooms were clean. I didnt meet the staff because they had a self-check in and out process set up, but they made sure I got my codes and had my slippers and room ready when I got there. I would stay here again when I'm in the area.

There were clear instructions on how to use their facilities; the set-up for the “shared bathroom” was more acceptable to me; wi-fi was strong; “high-tech” punch-in codes for each rooms, in my POV; Japanese-feel decors; room space was just right for the price; smelled homey; nice Japanese-style common area with just the right privacy during our stay; felt very cozy and at home; and very accommodating staff, Nene-san. Short walking distance to the popular Omotesando Street, like literally; and Naritasan Temple.

This was an easy place to land after a long flight. It's a short walk from two of the Narita town train stations, with lots of food options nearby. Check in was simple, and it was a great way to introduce our son to Japan, by staying at a proper ryokan. We forgot a bag in the storage area, and staff held it for us and had it ready for us upon our return to Narita! I was so happy and really appreciated their effort when I was able to pick it up.

We loved the traditional Japanese nature of the place, it was a very local experience. The communal areas and room had everything. The location was excellent, close to Narita station, just off the main street to Naritasan Park containing amazing Temples and Monuments. The street was full of cute eateries. I loved that I could leave my bags there after check-in. But the biggest plus was the value, UNBELIEVABLE value for the price.
